About Perfect Endings

Since opening Perfect Endings Hair Design and Day Spa in Falls Church, Virginia in 1986, Juja Sylvestre and her team have been offering the finest in European-style hair cutting techniques and spa services.

Born and raised in Portugal, owner Juja always dreamed of owning a hair salon. As a child in elementary school, she would create mock salons in the schoolyard and “charge” the other students small rocks to take advantage of her make-believe hair care services.

At age 16, Juja married and came to the United States, where she attended beauty school to learn hair techniques. Ongoing education is important to Juja and her staff. She has attended training sessions every year with some of the most impressive hair designers in the industry, including Vidal Sassoon and John Dellaria. These trainings take place around the world, sometimes for weeks at a time. As well, she encourages trainers to come to her salon to offer her team advanced classes for cuts, color and organic treatments.

Jorge, Stylist

Has been a stylist since 2008. He specializes in precision cutting, custom colors and color matching and American Wave hair treatment, created by American stylist Nick Arrojo. Additionally, he is one of the salon experts in cezanne keratin treatments and balayage and other coloring techniques. He is continually honing his stylist skills and is all about his clients so that they have healthy, undamaged hair.

Guida, Hair Stylist

Has been a hair stylist for more than 30 years, starting at a very young age in Portugal. She is certified in both Cezanne Keratin Smoothing Treatment and American Wave techniques. Guida has been with Perfect Endings since September, 2013, and hair styling is what she loves to do! It is so rewarding to see her clients leave with a smile.

Kremena, Stylist

Has been in the Industry since 2006. She is a graduate of Paul Mitchell the School Tyson's Corner. She has attended and participated in hair shows alongside many great stylists and colorist within the industry such as Paul Mitchell the Gathering in Las Vegas. Kremena's artistic and creative abilities allow her to bring to each client a warm modern look with youth and vitality.

Grace, Master Esthetician

Has been working in skin care since 2014, during which time she has gained knowledge and experience in all aspects of the skin. As a skin care therapist, Grace feels like educating the clients on their skin is one of the most important aspects of her career. She can help each individual client reach their skin care goal.

Cristina, Hair Assistant

Has been Juja’s assistant at Perfect Endings since 2003. She enjoys working with hair and is currently in school to complete her licensing requirements to become a stylist. Cristina's specialty is hair updos! She loves her job and all the people she works with.

Nancy, Hair Assistant

Has been with Perfect Endings since 2016, assisting with blow-drying; styling; coloring and shampooing; and deep hair conditioning treatments.

Diana, Manicurist

Diana has been a member of Perfect Endings since 2018. She loves her job and coworkers. She is creative and kind, and is always looking to learn new techniques by attending the latest classes.

Steven, Office Manager

Has been working in the customer service industry since 2005. His attention to details will ensure that you are treated properly. He has a genuine happy and warm disposition and he makes you feel right at home.
